Azienda Elettrica Ticinese (AET), the Canton of Ticino’s public electricity producer and distributor operating hydropower and photovoltaic plants and trading across several European markets, needed a reliable backup and recovery solution to protect critical SAP workloads. To secure SLES on IBM Power systems, SAP on Power and SAP HANA environments, AET engaged SEP Software and deployed the SEP Sesam backup solution.

SEP Software implemented SEP Sesam to handle backups for AET’s SAP and HANA landscape on IBM Power, delivering a stable, problem-free backup environment.
