Robocash, a global P2P lending platform serving unbanked and underbanked markets, faced high fraud risk from synthetic IDs and costly manual checks—especially for phone numbers and email addresses that required telecom verification or staff calls. To automate and scale its digital credit checks, Robocash selected SEON and deployed SEON’s lightweight email and phone analysis/data enrichment modules.

SEON was integrated via API on top of Robocash’s existing fraud stack, providing fast email and phone enrichment, clear documentation, and responsive support. As a result, SEON enabled Robocash to automate manual reviews, improve risk segmentation and models, onboard more borrowers with less friction, and achieve a significant decrease in fraud cases while delivering strong ROI and reduced review costs.
