Airwell Industrie manages 40 billion datapoints with SenX

Airwell Industrie, a manufacturer of high-end heat pumps, needed a way to perform remote diagnostics and predictive maintenance on its equipment to increase product lifespan and avoid unnecessary service interventions. They partnered with vendor SenX to develop a connected solution for this challenge.

SenX developed the necessary electronics and a full data solution, which included collecting data from the heat pumps and using the Warp 10 platform for analysis and anomaly detection. This allowed Airwell to offer a connected heat pump with a 10-year warranty. The solution monitors 78 variables per system, storing 40 billion datapoints in its database and another 121 billion in archives, enabling continuous software improvement and efficient predictive maintenance.
