Causal, the business and finance planning platform, needed better visibility into the speed and reliability of its frontend and backend as users built complex models and relied on real-time performance. As a result, Causal gained clearer insight into frontend and backend performance, reduced time spent investigating issues, and was able to identify and resolve slow transactions and other bottlenecks before users reported them.
