How Eventbrite cuts through the noise to fix what matters with Sentry

Eventbrite, a global events platform used in over 180 countries, needed to adapt quickly as live events shifted online while its engineering team worked toward continuous deployment. To do that, the team needed a monitoring solution that could surface errors in real time, cut through noisy bug reports, and provide visibility into release health across its consumer frontend. Sentry was chosen to help address these challenges.

Sentry helped Eventbrite by providing real-time error tracking, programmatic issue grouping and merging, and contextual debugging with stack traces. Eventbrite also integrated Sentry with Slack and Jira to speed up response and triage. As a result, the team could prioritize the most impactful issues, track crash-free sessions and users through Release Health, and fix release problems faster—freeing engineers to spend more time building new features.
