A Sentry Case Study
Airtable, the connected apps platform used by more than 300,000 organizations, needed a better way to monitor, investigate, and resolve issues without slowing down rapid feature releases. As Airtable scaled its deployments, its teams wanted clearer issue ownership, richer context for debugging, and faster alerts tied to specific product areas and environments. To address this, Airtable partnered with Sentry and used Sentry’s observability and error-tracking tools.
Sentry helped Airtable add custom tags, source maps, and tailored alerting workflows, plus Slack notifications for the right teams. The result was faster triage and incident response: investigations that once took 10–15 minutes can now be done in a couple of minutes, and Airtable says it has achieved up to 65% faster issue resolution while making deployments safer and more scalable.
