Therapeutic Early Intervention Services (TEIS) is a Pittsburgh-based nonprofit of about 35–99 employees that provides therapy and support to children from birth to three. With roughly 70 therapists working full- and part-time at varying pay rates and locations, TEIS faced complex payroll, onboarding and benefits challenges—and after a failed switch to another vendor, rising benefits costs and fractured service prompted them to look for a better HR solution.
