The Wallsend Campus of Callaghan College needed a streamlined way to gather and manage comprehensive student data to meet the fundamental teaching standard of knowing each student and how they learn. With a population of over 1,100 students, this was a significant challenge. They turned to the vendor Sentral and implemented its Sentral Wellbeing service to address this need.

Sentral implemented its highly configurable Sentral Wellbeing platform, which provided a centralized system for staff to record and access holistic student profiles encompassing academic, attendance, medical, and behavioral data.
