Case Study: Layberie Fine Foods achieves enhanced cloud endpoint security and operational efficiency with SentinelOne

SentinelOne helps Labeyrie optimise the security of its endpoints

Layberie Fine Foods, a European agro-food group of about 5,000 employees across 20 sites, faced growing complexity from frequent acquisitions and legacy antivirus that slowed endpoints and demanded heavy administration. To simplify management and strengthen protection, the security team evaluated next-generation options and ran a proof-of-concept with SentinelOne’s cloud-based Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP).

SentinelOne was deployed in full-cloud mode and is now integrated and managed from partner IMS Networks’ SOC, delivering automated machine-learning prevention, detection and response. The POC proved effective, allowing Layberie Fine Foods to retire legacy AV, reduce administrative overhead, lessen help-desk calls and endpoint impact, and move to a proactive security posture—improving time efficiency and threat visibility across the company’s 20 sites and ~5,000 users.
