Golding Accountancy, founded by Ian Butler, grew rapidly after moving off legacy bookkeeping systems and acquiring a tax practice, creating a need for a centralised practice management solution to streamline workflows, onboarding and compliance. To address that challenge the firm adopted Senta practice management (Senta by IRIS) to sit at the centre of their operations.

Senta was rolled out from February 2020 and configured by the practice manager, Michael, as the firm’s central hub; it connects to Xero, Receipt Bank and GoProposal, automates onboarding and anti‑money‑laundering checks, and consolidates client and practice data. By using Senta, Golding Accountancy streamlined bookkeeping and tax processes, sped up client onboarding and cut out many manual steps, making Senta the core platform for their client work.
