Pramex International is an international provider of outsourced accounting, payroll, tax and incorporation services for companies operating in around 15 countries. Their challenge was to standardize and control recurring monthly and annual back‑office workflows across multiple offices and local regulations, give clients transparent access to their files, and ensure secure, consistent delivery of services. To address this they adopted the Senta practice‑management platform.

Using Senta, Pramex implemented templated monthly processes, task checklists and configurable service “checkboxes” per client so staff see exact due dates and clients can access documents and follow progress. Senta has increased process control and efficiency, reduced the risk of missed steps (notably at year‑end), improved client confidence and cross‑border visibility, and enabled Pramex to scale consistent workflows (including bespoke US and planned Brazil processes); Pramex is targeting 100% client onboarding to Senta and reports stronger security and positive management feedback.
