How we customised Senta for our practice

Oxford Tax Solutions, run by Chris Caspell, needed a way to manage a paperless, remote practice with two staff working in different locations while automating and tracking client work and documents. They adopted Senta as their practice-management platform to standardise jobs, set reminders and customise workflows for specific tasks such as estates, engagement letters and AML.

Using Senta, Oxford Tax Solutions set up shared scan folders, template jobs and custom triggers (for example, reminders two days before due dates and automatic progression of job stages). Senta’s automation and customisation improved document organisation, ensured consistent client onboarding and marketing outreach, enabled seamless remote collaboration, and freed up time for the owner to focus on other practice tasks.
