Fresh Clarity, led by founder Marie Donaldson, needed a way to manage repetitive tax‑season tasks, standardise onboarding and keep client communications consistent without everything routing through one person. They adopted Senta’s workflow and task automation (integrated with GoProposal for onboarding triggers) to handle routine communications and task assignment.

Senta’s workflows and templated automated emails now trigger client requests on key dates (for example, the first day of the new tax year and the day after a VAT quarter ends) and start onboarding flows when a proposal is accepted. The result is that the team knows what to do without constant direction from Marie, and Senta has delivered “a lot more consistency in timing and the sequence of the tasks,” improving reliability of client communications and removing single‑point dependency.
