Alchemy Accountancy, led by director Craig McCall, moved to remote working at the start of the COVID-19 lockdown and needed a cloud-based practice management solution that matched its existing processes. After evaluating several providers, Alchemy Accountancy chose Senta for its high level of customisation and ability to model the practice’s workflows, upload client information, and support remote client communications.

Using Senta, Alchemy Accountancy built customised workflows, segmented clients, and automated email chasers for approvals with conditional placeholders to personalise messages. Senta’s automation cut down manual chasing and mistakes (such as mass CC errors), saved significant staff time, enabled more transactional work to be completed remotely, and helped ensure client responses and approvals arrive on time.
