Marylebone Accountancy Services, led by director Gill Harvey, is a small accounting and bookkeeping practice in Wigan that faced staff departures and the sudden need to move from a hybrid server/QuickBooks Desktop setup to fully remote working during Covid. Time‑consuming payroll, onboarding and client communications threatened capacity, so the firm accelerated its cloud move and adopted Senta (alongside Taxfiler) to enable remote control of workflows and faster client servicing.

Senta provided cloud practice management with deep customization, advance licensing support during migration and automated job workflows (notably built‑in email reminders), while Taxfiler pulled in trial balances to speed tax work. As a result, Senta allowed Marylebone to operate seamlessly through lockdown, cut manual follow‑up time, save “an enormous amount of time” on tax preparation, improve client communications and free up capacity for new hires and business development.
