The Walraven Group, an international construction and installation products brand, needed to harmonize its global work processes to meet rising customer demands for consistency, lower costs, and faster delivery. To achieve airtight alignment of its information and applications, the company initiated a BPM project and selected the Sensus BPM Online solution from vendor Sensus Process Management.

Sensus Process Management implemented its cloud-based Sensus BPM Online application, which empowered Walraven's employees to map and document their own processes as part of a continuous improvement cycle. The solution integrated with Office 365 and SharePoint Online, providing secure, anywhere access and aiding in compliance with quality audits. Despite initial teething problems with the new platform, issues were resolved quickly. The successfully delivered system allowed Walraven to control and harmonize its international work processes, ensuring consistent customer treatment worldwide and providing a solid foundation for an upcoming global ERP upgrade.
