On completion of pilot, Mobilis opts for Sensus BPM Online

Mobilis, a Dutch infrastructure construction company and part of the TBI group, faced the challenge of managing its complex and interconnected project processes with labor-intensive, legacy software that made continuous improvement difficult. To ensure quality management and uniformity across its road, tunnel, and bridge projects, Mobilis sought a new solution and selected Sensus Process Management for a pilot of its Sensus BPM Online product.

The solution involved a joint development effort where Mobilis contributed to key features like the library, which guarantees project uniformity. By implementing Sensus BPM Online, Mobilis achieved consistency in project design, eliminated starting from scratch for each new project, and can now demonstrate compliance with ISO standards faster. The Sensus system is now the foundation for 90% of Mobilis projects and serves as a portal for both internal users and external partners.
