Frisian housing association Elkien, with a staff of 180 managing 20,000 housing units, needed to implement clear and unambiguous business process descriptions to enable uniform ways of working across its organization. To address this challenge, Elkien selected the Sensus BPM Online process management solution from vendor Sensus Process Management for its convenience and clarity.

Sensus Process Management provided the solution by helping Elkien map out its twelve main processes. A Sensus consultant led efficient working groups to define and visualize the processes, which were then rolled out to staff through an engaging internal market event. The implementation, integrated with the upcoming Tobias AX ERP system, has increased organizational awareness and energy around process-based working. The vendor's flexible tool allowed Elkien to create its own methodology, providing a solid foundation for continuous improvement.
