Hotel Mera Mare Pattaya saves 13% of monthly energy with SensorFlow

Hotel Mera Mare Pattaya, a boutique luxury hotel, faced challenges with high energy expenditure and humidity control due to Pattaya's climate, which risked mould and damaged HVAC performance. To adopt a cost-effective, data-driven solution, the hotel partnered with vendor SensorFlow to implement its smart energy management system powered by IoT and AI.

SensorFlow installed a network of wireless sensors across 80 rooms, providing occupancy-based HVAC automation and real-time data analytics. This delivered a 13% energy saving during low COVID-19 occupancy and reduced monthly costs by 22,500-25,000 THB. SensorFlow's solution also enabled predictive maintenance, offering humidity reports and remote monitoring to prevent mould and optimize system performance, enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
