NATUR-PACK, a.s., the Slovak extended producer responsibility organization, manages nationwide recycling obligations across more than 49,000 km² and a network of tens of thousands of bins shared with many waste management partners. This created a complex, fragmented ecosystem that was difficult to oversee, with bin data previously spread across regional offices and multiple spreadsheets. NATUR-PACK turned to Sensoneo’s Asset Management solution to centralize and digitize its bin inventory.

Sensoneo implemented a centralized platform with an interactive digital map, detailed bin inventory, street view, and tools to assess bin infrastructure and estimate collection costs. The solution gave NATUR-PACK a single system for all regional offices, improved transparency across its bin network, and enabled data-driven decisions about bin placement, capacity, and collection routes. The first 17,500 bins were added to the Sensoneo Platform in September 2018, helping NATUR-PACK better control distribution and reduce unnecessary collection costs.
