Case Study: INSEE achieves scalable predictive maintenance with Senseye

INSEE Cement (Siam City Cement Company, SCCC) needed a predictive maintenance system for its showcase Digital Factory in Thailand. The company had already invested heavily in smart factory equipment and sensors, and wanted a solution that could leverage those assets while integrating with its SAP PM maintenance system. Senseye provided the predictive maintenance capability for the project.

Senseye integrated with SCCC’s SAP PM system to create an automated detection, diagnostic, and prognostic solution across factory assets, with closed-loop CMMS integration. The project was accepted ahead of schedule, enabled automated work-order creation from prognostic insights, and automated learning from closed work orders in SAP PM. The rollout also supported a Government of Thailand showcase and is expanding to 10+ sites.
