Koncept Design + Build, a Northern Virginia architectural and custom home builder managing multiple simultaneous residential projects, needed a multi-site, real-time progress monitoring and security solution that was easy to set up and relocate, remotely managed, required no on-site power, and provided versatile time-lapse tools. After vetting options, Koncept Design + Build selected Sensera Systems and its construction camera products and services, including the MC26 and MC78 cameras and Sensera’s SiteCloud platform.

Sensera Systems deployed MC26 units for short-cycle jobs and MC78 units (8MP images, live streaming and DVR edge recording) plus SiteCloud integration with BIM 360 and PlanGrid, enabling real-time remote monitoring across numerous sites. The solution delivered 24/7 site surveillance even without local power or internet, gave clients live-stream and time-lapse access for progress review and marketing, and improved project oversight, communication, and security for Koncept Design + Build.
