Sensei provided its AI and computer-vision platform to power the autonomous store. The solution enables a grab-and-go journey where customers are automatically charged upon exit, ensuring precision and complete privacy without using facial recognition. The result is Europe's first autonomous para-pharmacy, which achieved over 7200 visits in its first three months with an average basket size of 1.6 items, proving that autonomy can successfully expand human-centered care.
