With Sense HQ, Advanced Group streamlined recruiting communications through integrated dashboards, SMS broadcasts, 1:1 texting, and the Sense mobile app, which helped recruiters respond in real time without using personal numbers. The results were strong: over 30,000 text messages were sent in 90 days, contact response rates reached 54%, and inbound/outbound messaging activity averaged 80%, with some recruiters seeing response rates as high as 90%.
