Achmea partnered with Sendsteps to make its “Achmea 2020 – Accelerating and Refresh” meeting more engaging for its Top 300 audience. The challenge was to keep participants thinking and involved not only during the event, but also before it started and after it ended.

Using Sendsteps interactive audience engagement tools, Achmea sent SMS questions two days before the meeting, asked live questions during the session, and followed up the next morning with another question about what attendees would do differently. Sendsteps also turned responses into a word cloud and used real-time audience comments to enrich the discussion, resulting in stronger participation and follow-up input for a later meeting.
