Case Study: NudgeMail achieves reliable, timely reminder delivery with SendGrid

A SendGrid Case Study

Preview of the NudgeMail Case Study

NudgeMail Reminders Always Arrive with SendGrid Infrastructure

NudgeMail is an email-based reminder and task-management service that lets users set reminders simply by sending messages to date-based addresses (e.g., Monday@NudgeMail.com) without downloads, accounts, or passwords. The startup needed reminders to be immediate and never lost or delayed, but didn’t want to build or maintain a full email infrastructure with a small team focused on product growth.

NudgeMail integrated SendGrid’s Web API for outgoing mail and the Parse API for incoming mail, putting its service on top of SendGrid’s delivery platform. The result is reliable, scalable deliverability with minimal maintenance, fewer delays and lost emails, easier handling of bounces/unsubscribes and attachments, and reclaimed employee time previously spent managing transactional email.
