Rezora is a multichannel digital marketing platform that helps large, distributed sales and marketing organizations run personalized, collaborative campaigns—email being a core channel. Launched from TechStars in 2009 with a two-engineer team, Rezora needed a backend OEM email provider that could plug into their app, scale with growth, and remove the burden of managing email delivery and deliverability expertise.
Rezora chose SendGrid for its cloud-based delivery infrastructure, deliverability team, and flexible APIs. Integration via the SMTP API, Event Webhook, and Web API enabled real-time analytics and custom reporting, letting Rezora embed email data into its dashboards and workflows. The result: streamlined operations and cost savings, plus dramatically increased volume—about 4 million emails per month (10x growth)—and the confidence to focus on core product development while SendGrid manages email delivery.
