SendGrid, alongside Twilio APIs and Professional Services, helped THG build a proprietary end-to-end ecommerce communications platform for email and SMS. The result was масштабable global messaging at high volume—about 1 billion emails and 3 million SMS per month, with email delivery rates of 98.6% over 12 months and 99.2% on Black Friday 2022—while also enabling better analytics, faster brand integration, and improved campaign optimization.
