GlobalGiving, a tech nonprofit that supports more than 5,000 community-led organizations, needed a better way to personalize donor communications at scale. GlobalGiving implemented SendGrid’s Email API and Event Webhook to power hyper-personalized, data-driven email campaigns. With SendGrid, the team now sends more than 500,000 uniquely personalized emails per month, maintains a delivery rate above 99%, and achieved an average open rate of 32% and click rate of 5%, helping strengthen donor engagement and fundraising results.
