DigiExam, a Stockholm-based digital assessment provider founded in 2012 and serving 2,800 organizations in 90 countries, outgrew the built-in GCP email service it initially used. The team needed an affordable, easy-to-scale, data-driven email provider with clear documentation and security to reliably deliver transactional messages (sign-ups, password resets, assessment notifications) and promotional communications while enabling investigation of delivery issues.
