Buffalo Studios Uses SendGrid’s Scalable Marketing Email Service to Automate and Optimize Their High Volume Campaigns

Buffalo Studios, a Santa Monica–based social gaming company behind titles like Bingo Blitz and Bingo Rush, needed a scalable, reliable email marketing solution as its user base grew to millions across multiple platforms. Their in-house systems couldn’t handle high-volume campaigns, track delivery or engagement metrics, or automate list maintenance, putting strain on resources and limiting retention efforts.

They adopted SendGrid’s Marketing Email dashboard and API for automation, analytics, multiple-IP sending (7 IPs), and dedicated support, allowing marketers to set up campaigns and monitor performance with a few clicks. As a result, sends grew from about 100,000 to over 20 million per month, deliverability and sender reputation improved (91.8%), bounce and spam rates fell, and the team saved significant time and costs.
