Noggin is an Australian crisis response, security, and incident management company that helps organizations worldwide manage safety and continuity challenges. As COVID-19 created urgent new communication needs, Noggin needed a more reliable way to deliver voice, text, and email updates to businesses and healthcare agencies. It used Twilio, including Twilio SendGrid for email, to support its pandemic response modules.
Noggin implemented Twilio Programmable SMS and SendGrid Email to send alerts, notifications, and status updates for its free Epidemic Response Modules. The results included improved delivery reliability and confidence, reduced support and engineering burden, and rapid adoption: more than 250 organizations used the module, over 2,600 users were on the platform, and more than 25,000 messages had been sent since February.
