SendGrid helped Realtor.com deliver email updates as part of a unified experience, alongside other Twilio-powered channels, creating a more seamless and trusted process for consumers and agents. The result was strong usage and scale: agents sent 315K messages in one month, 15K agents used VoIP, and 76K agent voice calls were supported in a single month, showing measurable impact on communication volume and service capacity.
