SmartAsset used Semrush’s Keyword Analytics, Keyword Magic Tool, Keyword Gap Analysis, Position Tracking, and Backlink Gap tools to test content ideas, uncover competitor topics, and monitor performance. With Semrush, SmartAsset ranked for more than 1.1 million keywords, had around 200,000 keywords in Google’s top 10 and over 60,000 in the top 3, and achieved a 43% year-over-year increase in organic traffic.
