Hatch, a global mining and metals company with more than 9,000 employees across five continents, wanted to make feedback a stronger part of its culture and support employee career development. To do this, it needed a more flexible, user-friendly solution that would work with its existing SAP SuccessFactors environment. Total Rewards helped Hatch address this challenge with FeedBck, a solution used to improve performance review and feedback processes.
Total Rewards implemented FeedBck to shorten the feedback cycle, let employees request and rate feedback more easily, and provide managers with better insight into employee engagement and influence. The results were strong: Hatch increased feedback participation from 17% to 46% in less than three months and gained valuable data to encourage mentorship and ongoing development.
