The company also required real-time updates, payroll integration for monetary awards, and strong assurances around data security and privacy. Total Rewards, through its JobPts solution, was chosen to address these needs.
Total Rewards implemented a fully configurable, SAP Business Platform-based recognition and rewards system with unified standards, reporting, and multiple campaigns running across the group. The solution enabled four recognition programs at once, entity-level and group-level reporting, a social recognition feed, and secure data handling compliant with strict security and GDPR requirements. As a result, Global Defense Group fully digitized recognition reporting and improved employee engagement and knowledge sharing across the organization.
