JobPts implemented a custom, SUN‑branded program live in 90 days, adding automation for points and anniversaries, custom redemption options (lotteries, raffles, charitable donations), and a company catalog while eliminating reward price markups. The JobPts solution drove a 175% increase in employee engagement, lifted Glassdoor ratings from 2.9 to 4.3 (an 85% increase), delivered $76,000 in savings (reported early after launch) and saved about 180 hours a year in system management.
