Leading Petrochemicals Company, a global petrochemicals producer with over 1,500 employees across 25+ countries, needed to modernize and unify disparate recognition programs (point-based in Canada vs. cash awards at HQ) and integrate them with its SAP/SuccessFactors environment. To simplify administration across languages, taxes and payroll while boosting engagement, the company chose JobPts’ Employee Recognition and Rewards solution and branded the initiative Appreciate.

JobPts implemented a SuccessFactors‑integrated, point‑based peer‑to‑peer platform (Appreciate) with gamification, global policy alignment, translations, payroll support and a social recognition feed. In the first year the JobPts-enabled program recorded 20,143 recognitions, ensured employees receive at least one recognition monthly, and achieved a 40% employee engagement rate (with 82% of appreciations from a leading country), driving greater peer recognition, innovation and leadership participation.
