Case Study: JTI boosts employee engagement and cultural transformation with Semos Cloud's JobPts

A Semos Cloud Case Study

Preview of the JTI Case Study

How JTI is Driving Cultural Transformation with Rewards & Recognition

Japan Tobacco International (JTI), a global tobacco product manufacturer with more than 45,000 employees across 400 offices in over 110 countries, wanted to drive cultural transformation by changing employee behavior. After an internal engagement survey, JTI decided it needed a modern, easy-to-use recognition-and-rewards program that could work for its distributed workforce and integrate with existing SAP SuccessFactors solutions. It turned to Semos Cloud and its JobPts solution.

Semos Cloud implemented JTI’s global “Inspire Awards” employee-recognition program in just two months using JobPts, which provides automatic and peer-to-peer recognition, single sign-on with SAP SuccessFactors, and flexible deployment. The program quickly gained traction, with 30% of employees nominating a colleague in the first nomination period, and it helped make recognition more fun and engaging for employees while supporting JTI’s broader transformation goals.
