Hatch Ltd., a mining and metals company with more than 9,000 employees across five continents, wanted to make feedback a more central part of its culture and support career development with a more flexible, user-friendly tool. It turned to Semos Cloud to find a solution that would integrate with its existing SAP SuccessFactors environment and help employees and managers exchange feedback more easily.

Semos Cloud implemented FeedBck, built on SAP Cloud Platform and integrated with SAP SuccessFactors solutions, to shorten feedback cycles and make giving and receiving feedback simpler and more accessible. In less than three months, Hatch increased feedback participation from 17% to 46% and saw a 30% increase in feedback and insights from employees, while also gaining better visibility into mentorship and leadership across the organization.
