Semos Cloud worked with Evoqua Water Technologies, a global water technology company with more than 4,000 employees across nine countries, to address challenges in engaging both office and deskless workers. With employees speaking multiple languages and some hourly staff lacking corporate email access, Evoqua needed a more inclusive and scalable way to support recognition, strengthen alignment, and reinforce its people-first culture.
Semos Cloud implemented its JobPts rewards and recognition platform, integrated with Evoqua’s HRIS and adapted for private-email delivery, multilingual service emails, new hire messages, anniversary milestones, and localized campaigns. The solution improved inclusion, made recognition more accessible and timely, and helped strengthen workplace relationships and employee belonging while reducing the time needed to manage the program; Evoqua also gained better reporting, visibility for managers, and a more scalable way to support engagement across locations.
