Ocean Florida, a travel brand specialising in bespoke holidays to the Sunshine State, partnered with Semetrical after suspecting it had reached a ceiling in paid media performance. The customer needed to grow PPC traffic and conversions, keep CPA below £15, increase leads for higher-value holidays such as Villas, Disney and Cruises, expand product coverage, and improve reporting with more granular data.

Semetrical redesigned the PPC account structure, used bespoke keyword technology to build tighter campaigns, optimised landing pages to improve quality scores, added dynamic pricing to ad creatives, and integrated Ocean Florida’s CRM data into PPC and reporting. The results were strong: traffic rose by 54% and conversions by 22% while CPA stayed at £13.31, with lead growth across priority products including Villas (+25%), Disney (+56%) and Cruise & Stay (+185%). Over the following year, Semetrical helped lift traffic by 50%, conversions by 38%, reduce CPA to under £10, and increase PPC-generated profit by more than 50%.
