Cloudflare needed a redefined campaign structure, better use of lead data, and a way to align paid media with Google’s automation changes while lowering cost per enquiry and increasing qualified leads.

Semetrical responded by restructuring campaigns around products and audiences, integrating sales lead data into daily optimisation, expanding RSA and Smart Display adoption, and building bespoke reporting to connect marketing activity to business outcomes. The results were strong: paid search conversions increased 239% from 2,000 to 7,600, cost per enquiry fell 63% from $150 to $56, and traffic grew more than 650% year over year.
