Working with Semcasting, they used the vendor’s audience and digital advertising services to build a clearer view of existing buyers and uncover “unknown fans” across their website and local market.
Semcasting appended demographic and behavioral data to the Mavericks’ CRM, analyzed customer trade areas with Mobile Footprints, and used UDX-Leads to turn website visitors into scored, segmented prospects for targeted advertising. The campaign delivered a 380% return on investment and a $25.30 cost per acquisition, while also giving the team stronger insights for future ticket campaigns.
