Transdev, an international public transport operator active in 19 countries with more than 80,000 employees, faced challenges improving data quality and streamlining international HR management for both employees and casual external workers. To address this, Transdev worked with Semarchy and deployed the Semarchy xDM platform to build an Intelligent Data Hub for HR processes and applications.

Semarchy implemented an HR master data domain on xDM that resolved data matching and storage issues, enabled secure access management (for example after departures), and simplified group-level management of external casual workers. The Semarchy-powered Data Hub now communicates with CRM and HR applications, improving HR data quality and control across the organization, with plans to link about 100 source systems going forward.
