Renewable Energy Systems, a global renewables developer with a 16 GW project portfolio and ~2,000 employees, faced fragmented employee, project and site data spread across 10+ systems and 100+ spreadsheets. This lack of consolidated, trusted data hampered health & safety reporting, 24/7 asset management and key-account rollups, so Renewable Energy Systems selected Semarchy and its Semarchy xDM Intelligent Data Hub to centralize governance and standardize data.

Semarchy implemented a centralized Intelligent Data Hub (data model, match/merge, standardization and stewardship) with APIs to 10+ systems, delivering a rapid PoV and a pilot into production and an ongoing rollout. As a result — implemented with Semarchy — more than 2,000 employees now share a single hub, over 100 Excel sheets were retired (reducing costs), corporate data models are aligned, bid-management improved and time-to-release for BI and analytics was reduced, with adoption led by 10+ data champions.
