Case Study: Groupe Chantelle achieves a centralized data lake and accurate sales forecasting with Semarchy

A Semarchy Case Study

Preview of the Groupe Chantelle Case Study

Improving the flow of data and anticipating customer needs with a global digital evolution strategy

Groupe Chantelle, a multi-brand lingerie group with over €400M in annual revenue and 9 brands, needed to modernize its digital, omnichannel and supply-chain operations. Facing extreme product data complexity (RCBT — Reference, Color, Bonnet, Size), roughly 1,500 interfaces and many disparate systems across manufacturing, sales, logistics and finance, the company selected Semarchy and its xDI/xDM platform to create a single, governed data hub and data lake to improve forecasting, inventory availability and cross-channel customer experiences.

Semarchy implemented an ELT-based integration using Semarchy xDI, building a data lake that ingests data from SAP, Cegid, Cylande, HR and finance systems, developing custom connectors (including a Google BigQuery connector), and helping Chantelle stand up an in-house integration team and control tower. The result is centralized data governance, faster development cycles and higher data quality—enabling more accurate RCBT sales forecasts, quicker access to trusted data for analytics (with a move to Tableau) and the operational agility to support Salesforce B2B rollouts; Chantelle reports markedly faster delivery and greater flexibility since deploying Semarchy.
