Global Aerospace Company, a world leader in aeronautical equipment with 35,000 employees and 5.1 billion in revenue, needed to move away from fragmented Excel-based processes and establish a single, trusted source of master data for post-sales activities. Facing challenges in data quality, governance, semantic alignment, and the integration of several million records from ERP systems, the company engaged Semarchy and selected Semarchy xDM (Semarchy MDM) to consolidate customers, articles and suppliers and support downstream workflows and financial reporting.

Semarchy implemented a phased, iterative Semarchy MDM/xDM deployment as a centralized data hub, integrating several million records, enabling SAP BFC integration and feeding the PEGA workflow system.
