AG2R La Mondiale, a French pension and insurance group serving more than 8 million policyholders, needed to consolidate 10+ siloed applications to create a single customer view that would increase customer satisfaction, reduce fraud risk, and optimize M&A costs. They engaged Semarchy and its xDM platform (Semarchy Intelligent Data Hub) to tackle this challenge.
Semarchy implemented the Intelligent Data Hub to deliver a consolidated Customer 360° for both B2B and B2C segments, plus organization and reference data hubs. As a result, AG2R La Mondiale uncovered new up‑sell and cross‑sell opportunities, automated fraud detection to reduce risk, and shortened onboarding times with single customer identification—improving customer satisfaction and easing post‑merger integration.
