How BPCE modernized data integration by migrating from ODI to Semarchy xDI

BPCE, one of France's largest banking groups, faced the challenge of modernizing its data integration processes. They sought to replace their legacy ETL tools, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and OTIC, to reduce technical debt and enable DevOps practices across their decentralized IT environment. To achieve this, they turned to the vendor Semarchy and its xDI platform.

Semarchy implemented its xDI solution to standardize data integration, migrating hundreds of legacy flows. The platform was integrated with GitLab and Jenkins to automate CI/CD pipelines and used low-code, reusable templates to improve developer efficiency. As a result, BPCE unified its ETL platform, accelerated development, and established a scalable, modernized architecture ready for future cloud and business transformation initiatives.
